• Agree where materials can be stored and vehicles parked.
• Keep our agreed appointments.
• Give you a name and telephone number of our company representative.
• Explain the programme and sequence of work.
• Tell you the names of our employees operatives and the supervisor who will be working with you.
• Ensure that each area of work is left clean and tidy.
• Inspect completed works with you.
